We are committed to serving the needs of not only our local community, but also our country and beyond. We know those in need far outnumber the amount of government funding and support available to them. To this end, we take it as our duty to fill in the gaps wherever possible.
As a chapter, we prefer making contributions to charities or communities that are overlooked and will benefit the most from our support. Our knights have raised funds for charitable causes in the Philippines, have organized child feeding programs, and have cleaned parks around Queens, among many others.
Organizations or causes that knights of our chapter have contributed to or partnered with in the past, either on their own or with other knights in the area, include:
Solar-powered lamp posts for communities in the dark in the Philippines
Community clean up days with the Office of New York State Assembly member Steven Raga
The Consulate General of the Philippines in New York
Ascension Roman Catholic Church of Elmhurst
Filipino Catholic Apostolate of the Archdiocese of New York
The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity in Manhattan
